Townhouse Profile: The Bavaria

We recently spent some time with our Sales Agent, Tom McVann, to see why The Bavaria design at Klemzig on Fourth ticks all the boxes for purchasers.

Tell us about the The Bavaria...
The Bavaria is one of Klemzig on Fourth's larger home designs. It's really designed to suit the needs of a professional couple who want more space, a family who want proximity to the local school, or a downsizing couple who don't want the ongoing maintenance of a big backyard.

What's the layout like?
As with all the homes at Klemzig on Fourth, the layout displays an excellent use of space. Downstairs, you have the double garage and formal passage entry, which opens up to the open-plan dining, living and kitchen area. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar for extra seating, while the open-plan space is a good size for a family to hang out, or to entertain a few friends. The living area opens up to a private rear courtyard which will get plenty of use in the warmer months!

The return staircase brings you upstairs where you'll find three good-size bedrooms. The Master suite is at the front of the home and features a private ensuite as well as sliding door access to a private balcony. All bedrooms feature built-in robes. What's so great about the location?

The quiet, suburban streets of Klemzig are lined with trees, and filled with character homes that give a real sense of history to the area. The site is located within a stone's throw of  Klemzig Primary School, which is huge part of the appeal for young families. TK Shutter Reserve is two blocks away and features sports fields and a playground. What a great space to do a workout, walk or just hang out with a good book. 3 blocks to the south, you have beautiful Linear Park which provides direct bike or walking access to the CBD (only 6km away). The site is also within walking distance to North East Road (not close enough to hear traffic) and Klemzig Interchange for easy transport options.
